Return production waste to the material cycle
Plastics processing often results in sprues, missing parts, scrap, or leftover material. If these materials are sufficiently sorted by type and technically suitable, they can be collected, inspected, and processed into ground material or regranulate.

We offer engineering plastics such as polyamides (PA6, PA 6.6, PA12), polycarbonates (PC), and PC/ABS, as well as single-grade regrind, regranulates, and surplus stock of virgin materials. These materials are ideal for the automotive, electrical, and household appliance industries.
Our process includes sorting at your production facilities, collection, transportation, and grinding of your production waste. This waste is processed into high-quality granules that can be directly reintroduced into your production process. Our recycling solutions are designed to minimize waste while ensuring the quality of your end products.
With our contract grinding service, we process your plastic scraps by shredding and/or direct granulation and deliver the finished material to you, ready for immediate use in your production. This saves you time and optimizes your processes.
Our focus is on single-material processing and achieving the highest possible recycling rate. We rely on modern technologies that are environmentally friendly and conserve resources in order to minimize waste and create sustainable production cycles.
A central component of our sustainability strategy is our commitment to international standards. We are continuously working toward obtaining ISO 14001 certification for our processes. Recycled material is produced by mechanically shredding plastic scraps. Regranulate is additionally melted down, filtered, and then processed into granules with a uniform shape and particle size.
This is possible if the material quality, purity, and technical properties meet the requirements of the application. Suitability must be verified before reuse.
We need as much detail as possible regarding the type of plastic, shape, color, condition, any dirt or contaminants, the available quantity, and the pickup location. Photos, material labels, or available data sheets will help us assess the items.
